Zesty Italian Spaghetti Pizza

Ingredients
 8 oz Creamette® Thin Spaghetti
 0.50 cup milk
 1 eggs, beaten
 0.50 lb bulk Italian sausage
 0.50 cup green bell peppers, chopped
 0.50 cup onion, chopped
 2 garlic clove, chopped
 1 (15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce
 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 2 (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooking Directions

 Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

 In large bowl, beat together milk and egg; add pasta and toss to coat. Spread evenly on greased 14 inch pizza pan or on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

 In a skillet, over medium heat, brown sausage (or ground beef, if desired); pour off fat.

  Add green pepper, onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender.

  Add pizza sauce and Italian seasoning; simmer 10 minutes. Spoon evenly over pasta. Top with mushrooms then cheese.

  Bake 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
