In a nonstick skillet, heat oil and saute turkey until golden. Remove turkey and set aside.
Add broccoli, carrot and red pepper to remaining oil in skillet; saute until vegetables are tender-crisp.
In a medium bowl combine ketchup, soy sauce, broth, garlic and sesame seeds. Whisk cornstarch in broth mixture and add to skillet.
Cook, stirring constantly, until just thickened.
Return turkey to skillet; heat through. Toss pasta with turkey mixture.
