Southwest Chef’s Salad

Ingredients
 8 oz Creamette® Medium Shells
 1.25 cups mayonnaise
 1 (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
 0.25 cup green onions, chopped
 1 tsp chili powder
 0.50 cup carrot, grated
 0.50 cup celery, chopped
 0.50 lb cooked turkey, cut into strips
 0.50 lb cooked ham, cut into strips
 0.50 lb Monterrey Jack cheese, cut into strips
Cooking Directions

 Cook pasta according to package directions.

 In large bowl, combine pasta mayonnaise, chiles, onions, chili powder, carrots and celery; mix well. Spoon into lettuce-lined serving bowl; top with turkey, ham and cheese. Cover; chill thoroughly. Serve with chips.
