Radiatore and Sausage Bake

Ingredients
 16 oz Creamette® Radiatore
 1 lb cooked Italian sausage links, sliced
 0.75 cup onion, chopped
 2 garlic clove, chopped
 1 (24 oz.) pasta sauce
 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper
 6 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cooking Directions

 Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 375º F.

 In large skillet, over medium heat, brown sausage; pour off fat. Add onion and garlic. Cook and stir until onion is tender.

 Stir in pasta sauce and ground black pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

 Remove from heat; stir in pasta and 1/2 cup cheese.

 Turn into greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
