Pizza-Style Pasta

Ingredients
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 green bell peppers, cut into chunks
 0.33 cup onion, chopped
 8 oz fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
 28 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
 6 oz tomato paste
 3 oz sliced pepperoni
 1.50 tsp dried oregano leaves
 1 tsp dried basil leaves
 16 oz Creamette® Spaghetti
 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

 Preheat oven to 350-degree F.

 In large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil; add peppers, onion and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes or until peppers and onion are tender, stirring occasionally.

 Add tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, pepperoni and seasonings; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss hot pasta with sauce and pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

 Cover and bake 30 minutes.
