Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium heat, sauté green and red bell peppers and onion with remaining 2 tablespoons oil until tender; remove.
In same skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté pork until lightly browned.
Add chopped garlic, pasta sauce and thyme; reduce heat and simmer partially uncovered 20 minutes or until pork is tender, stirring occasionally. Add cooked vegetables.
Serve with hot cooked pasta.
