Ingredients
 8 oz Creamette® Rotini
 0.50 cup butter
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 lb large fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined
 2 tbsp shallot, minced
 1 garlic cloves, minced
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 0.50 tsp hot pepper sauce
 0.25 tsp grated lemon peel
 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Cooking Directions

 Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

 Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter with oil. Add shrimp, shallots and garlic; cook 2 minutes.

 Add lemon juice, pepper sauce and lemon peel; continue cooking until shrimp are pink, about 3 minutes.

 Stir in hot pasta and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
