Mostaccioli Rigati Taco Casserole

Ingredients
 8 oz Creamette® Mostaccioli Rigati
 1 lb lean ground beef
 0.50 cup onion, chopped
 1 (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
 0.50 cup taco sauce
 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
 1 (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
 0.50 tsp ground cumin powder
 0.25 tsp salt
 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Cooking Directions

  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.  Preheat oven to 350º F.

 In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add onion; cook and stir until tender.

  Stir in cooked pasta and remaining ingredients except cheeses.  Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole dish.

  Cover; bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Uncover; top with cheeses. Bake 5 minutes longer.
