1 cup Heavy whipping cream
4 oz Cream cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Cloves of garlic
1 lb Spaghetti
Jar of pesto

Melt cream cheese and whipping cream in a skillet, add garlic, stir until fragrant, add parmesan cheese, stir until melted.
