Ingredients
 14-16 Manicotti pasta tubes
 2 cups Ricotta cheese
 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
 ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
 1 Egg
 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
 2 dashes Salt
 2 dashes Pepper
 2 cups Marinara sauce
 ½ tsp Dried oregano
 ½ tsp Dried basil
 ¼ tsp Garlic powder
Cooking Directions
1

Cook the manicotti pasta tubes according to the package instructions. Make sure not to overcook them, as they will continue to cook in the oven. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

2

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3

Fill the Manicotti: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each manicotti tube with the ricotta mixture.

4

Make the Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix the marinara sauce with dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

5

Assemble: Spread a thin layer of the sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Arrange the filled manicotti in the dish. Pour the remaining sauce over the manicotti, making sure they are well-covered.
Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top.

6

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the filling is heated through.

7

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve the manicotti warm and enjoy!
