Mimi’s Comfort Food Goulash

Ingredients
 2 cups Elbow-roni
 1 lb Ground beef
 ½ Onion (chopped)
 1 Medium bell pepper (chopped)
 2 Small cans of tomato sauce
 1 dash Salt
 1 dash Pepper
Cooking Directions

Mix ground beef, onions, bell pepper, salt and pepper in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook until done.

In the meantime, cook elbow roni as per instructions on bag and drain.

Add to meat mixture.

Stir in tomato sauce and cook over low heat to blend.

Serve in grandkids favorite soup bowls and they will be begging for more.
