Ingredients
 1 Large can of diced tomatoes
 1 12 oz Large can of tomato paste
 1 12 fl oz Tomato paste can of water
 2 14 oz Large can of tomato sauce
 1 14 oz Tomato sauce can of water
 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
 1 Stick of pepperoni, sliced
 1 tsp Oregano
 ½ tsp Basil
 1 tbsp Sugar
 2 lbs Lean ground beef
 1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
 1 ½ cups Breadcrumbs
 1 dash Salt
 1 dash Pepper
 1 tbsp Parsley
 1 16 oz Box of rigatoni
 Water (if needed)
Cooking Directions

Make meatballs about 1 inch in diameter

Make the sauce

Add meatballs to sauce and cook for 4-6 hours (in pan or crockpot on medium)

Cook full box of rigatoni according to the instructions on the box

Add pasta and stir
