Black and White Bean Pasta Salad

Ingredients
 12 oz Creamette® Rotini
 1 cup pimiento stuffed olives, sliced
 0.25 cup finely chopped parsley
 0.50 cup red onion, chopped
 0.33 cup red wine vinegar
 2 garlic clove, minced
 0.66 cup vegetable oil
 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
 15 oz Great Northern white beans, drained
Cooking Directions

 Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.

 Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together olives, parsley, onion, vinegar and garlic. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in oil. Add cooled pasta and beans. Toss lightly until well blended. Season to taste, cover.

 Refrigerate to blend flavors.
