0.50 cup onion, chopped
1 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
0.25 cup water
2 tsp beef bouillon
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups zucchini, sliced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
Cooking Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

In large skillet, cook onion, garlic and Italian seasoning in oil until tender.

Add water, bouillon and vegetables. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Toss with hot pasta. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
