Beef and Egg Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
 12 oz Creamette® Wide Egg Noodles
 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
 2 tbsp butter
 1 lb ground beef
 1.50 tsp salt
 0.13 tsp freshly ground black pepper
 1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
 0.50 cup Cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions

 Preheat oven to 350ºF.

 Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

 In a large skillet, cook onion in butter until tender. Add meat; brown thoroughly.

 Add salt, pepper, cooked pasta and soup.

 Pour into a 3-quart casserole and top with cheese. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes.
