Ingredients
 16 oz Creamette® Vermicelli
 3 cups fresh tomato, chopped
 0.25 lb Mozzarella cheese, cubed
 0.33 cup olive oil
 0.25 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
 2 garlic clove, minced

 Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

 Meanwhile, on large serving platter or bowl, stir together remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese.

  Add hot cooked pasta to serving platter; toss with basil mixture until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; serve immediately.
