Vermicelli and Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
 2 tbsp butter
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 1 lb fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined
 0.50 tsp salt
 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 6 oz Creamette® Vermicelli
Cooking Directions

  In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil;  add garlic.  Cook 1 minute; do not brown garlic.

  Add shrimp;  cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, or until shrimp turn pink on both sides.  Sprinkle with salt; stir in parsley and lemon juice.

  Reduce heat to low.

  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

  Toss cooked pasta with shrimp mixture.  Serve immediately.
