Hot pepper sauce adds a little zip to a delectable white sauce made from cottage cheese and sour cream in this creamy, comforting casserole.

Ingredients
 6 oz Creamette® Extra Wide Egg Noodles
 1.50 cups cottage cheese
 1.50 cups sour cream
 0.25 cup onions, finely chopped
 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 0.25 tsp garlic powder
 0.50 tsp salt
 3 drops hot pepper sauce
 0.50 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
 0.50 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
 2 cups cooked turkey, diced

 Preheat oven to 350ºF.

 Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

 In large bowl, stir together cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper sauce, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and turkey.

 Add cooked pasta; pour into 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes,

 Sprinkle remaining cheese on top; return to oven until cheese is melted and golden brown.
