Spaghetti with Creamy Vegan Avocado Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
 16 oz Creamette® Spaghetti
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 cup dry white wine
 1 onion, thinly sliced
 1 avocados
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest

  Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.

  Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil and wine. Add onions and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.

  Peel and pit avocado and add to blender with lemon juice. Puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  In the skillet, mix onions, avocado sauce, lemon zest and cooked spaghetti. Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed. Serve immediately.
