Smoked Sausage Spaghetti Dinner

Ingredients
 16 oz Creamette® Spaghetti
 1.50 lbs smoked sausage, cut into 1/2"-thick slices
 0.75 cup green bell peppers, chopped
 0.75 cup onion, chopped
 2 garlic clove, chopped
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 2 (24 oz.) pasta sauce
 1 (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
Cooking Directions

  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

  Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, over medium heat, sauté sliced sausage, green bell pepper, onion and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender.

  Add pasta sauce and mushrooms. Cover; simmer 20 minutes.

  Stir cooked pasta into sauce; heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
