Ingredients
 7 oz Creamette® Elbow Macaroni
 2 tbsp butter
 2 tbsp flour
 0.50 tsp salt
 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
 1 cup milk
 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

 Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper.

  Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.

  Add cheese; stir until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.

  Stir in cooked pasta. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
