Parisienne Noodle Quiche

This hearty breakfast quiche has it all – crispy bacon, cheese, eggs, and an egg noodle crust!

Ingredients
 12 oz Creamette® Wide Egg Noodles
 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
 8 bacon
 1 onion, chopped
 1.50 cups milk
 8 oz sour cream
 3 egg
 0.50 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 0.50 tsp salt
 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper

 Preheat oven to 375º F.

 Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

 Combine noodles with Swiss cheese and press evenly onto bottom and sides of a deep-dish quiche pan or a 2-quart oblong baking dish; set aside.

 In medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings. Into reserved drippings, add onion and cook until tender.

 In large bowl, blend milk, sour cream, eggs, parmesan cheese, salt, nutmeg and ground black pepper, add bacon and onion.

 Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake 50 minutes or until set.
