Ingredients
 16 oz Creamette® Mostaccioli
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 cup green bell peppers, diced
 1 cup onion, chopped
 1 lb ground beef
 3.50 cups stewed tomatoes
 3 cups salsa
Cooking Directions

  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

 Meanwhile, in large saucepan, heat oil.

  Add green pepper and onion; cook until soft.

  Add meat; cook until done. Drain excess fat.

  Add tomatoes and salsa. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.

  Stir in hot cooked pasta; serve immediately. Garnish with cheese if desired.
