Creamy Pasta Florentine

Ingredients
 12 oz Creamette® Fettuccine
 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
 1 cup water
 8 oz low fat cream cheese
 0.13 tsp ground nutmeg
 1 tbsp instant chicken bouillon
 0.13 tsp ground nutmeg

 Prepare pasta according to package directions adding spinach to water during last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain pasta and spinach in colander.

 In same pot, over medium heat, combine water, cheese, bouillon and nutmeg; stir consistently until cheese is melted. Add pasta and spinach; mix well.

 Garnish with toasted bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
