Creamy Noodles with Cheese

This recipe has all the makings of a kid-friendly classic, with a small dose of mustard to bring out the cheesiness.

Ingredients
 6 oz Creamette® Wide Egg Noodles
 2 tbsp butter
 2 tbsp all purpose flour
 0.50 tsp salt
 0.50 tsp ground black pepper
 1.50 cups milk
 4 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
 0.25 tsp prepared yellow mustard
Cooking Directions

 Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.

 Meanwhile, in saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.

 Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Add cheese and mustard; stir until smooth.

 Toss hot pasta with sauce until well coated.
