Country Garden Alfredo

Busy weeknight? This satisfying one-pot meal marries colorful mixed veggies and fluffy noodles with a creamy, homemade Alfredo sauce that’s ready in a flash!

Ingredients
 12 oz Creamette® Medium Egg Noodles
 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
 1 cup fat free milk
 8 oz low fat cream cheese
 3 tbsp butter flavor sprinkles
 2 tsp garlic and herb salt-free seasoning blend
 0.50 cup green onions, sliced

Cooking Directions

 Prepare pasta according to package directions.

 In last 4 minutes of boiling, add vegetables to boiling pasta. Drain pasta/vegetable mix; set aside and keep warm.

 In separate saucepan, add milk, cream cheese, butter sprinkles and garlic & herb seasoning; heat until cream cheese is thoroughly melted.

 Toss sauce with pasta and green onions.
