Chicken Stir-Fry

This Asian-inspired dish with chicken, soy sauce and ginger is made easy with frozen vegetables.

Ingredients
 10 oz Creamette 150® Thin Spaghetti
 0.50 cup chicken broth
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tsp cornstarch
 1 tsp garlic powder
 0.50 tsp ground ginger
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables

 Prepare pasta according to package directions.

 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder and ginger.

 In a large skillet or wok, over high-heat, heat oil; add chicken.  Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.  Add vegetables; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

 Stir in chicken broth mixture; cooking stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly.

 Toss hot cooked pasta and chicken mixture.  Serve.
