Chicken Cacciatore with Bacon

Ingredients
 4 bacon slices, chopped
 1 (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
 0.33 cup chopped onion
 1 garlic cloves, minced
 1 (24 oz.) pasta sauce
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
 0.50 cup vegetable oil
 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
 16 oz Creamette® Spaghetti

 In large saucepan, cook bacon until brown. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic; cook until onion is tender.  Stir in pasta sauce, salt, oregano and ground black pepper; simmer 10 minutes.

 In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken. Cook until browned on all sides.

  Add chicken to sauce; cover. Simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

 Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

  Serve chicken pieces and sauce over hot cooked pasta.
