Baked Swiss Cheese and Ham

Ingredients
 8 oz Creamette® Rings
 0.75 cup onion, chopped
 2 tbsp butter
 1.50 cups cooked ham, cubed
 1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
 8 oz sour cream
 1.50 cups shredded Swiss cheese
 2 egg
 0.25 cup milk
 3 tsp Dijon mustard
 2.80 oz canned French fried onions

Cooking Directions

  Prepare pasta according to package direction; drain.  Preheat oven to 350º F.

  Meanwhile, in a small skillet, over medium heat, cook onion in butter until tender.

 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except French-fried onions; mix well. Spoon into greased 11 x 17-inch baking dish.

  Cover; bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover; top with French-fried onions. Bake 5 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes.
