1 lb ground beef
1 each egg
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
8 oz Creamette® Spaghetti
1 Tbsp olive oil
5 oz fresh spinach leaves
1 each garlic clove, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  In medium bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt and pepper; shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.

2.  In large non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil; brown meatballs, turning occasionally. Drain; add pasta sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Set aside drained pasta.

4.  In the same pan used to boil the pasta, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté spinach and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes, or until wilted.

5.  Take pan off heat and add spaghetti, meatballs and sauce. Stir to combine.

6.  Transfer to 10” cast iron skillet and top with mozzarella. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
