16 oz Creamette® Large Shells
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 each garlic cloves, minced
1 cup water
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained, if desired
1 each beef bouillon cube
1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
  salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, brown meat until thoroughly cooked; drain.

3.  Add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes or until tender.

4.  Stir in remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

5.  Toss hot cooked pasta and sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
