6 oz Creamette® Rigatoni
2 Tbsps butter
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 pkg (9 oz.) frozen green beans, thawed
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup light cream
2 Tbsps Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 oz French fried onions

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in large skillet melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken; brown until almost done. Add beans.

3.  In small bowl combine broth, light cream, mustard and flour until smooth; stir into chicken and beans. Stir in hot cooked rigatoni. Cover; simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and flavors are blended.

4.  Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Sprinkle with fried onions, if desired.
