16 oz Creamette® Mostaccioli
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 cup onion, chopped
1 lb ground beef
3 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
3 cups salsa
  shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in large saucepan, heat oil.

3.  Add green pepper and onion; cook until soft.

4.  Add meat; cook until done. Drain excess fat.

5.  Add tomatoes and salsa. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.

6.  Stir in hot cooked pasta; serve immediately. Garnish with cheese if desired.
