2 cups Creamette® Fine Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 cup sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 each onion, chopped
1 each green bell pepper, chopped
2 each boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup chicken broth
3 tsps ginger flavored soy sauce
2/3 tsp Asian hot chili oil

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare noodles according to package directions.

2.  Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.

3.  Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth and scrape up browned bits in skillet. Add soy ginger sauce and chili oil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute.

4.  Add prepare noodles to skillet and heat through.
