Ingredients:

16 oz Creamette® Mostaccioli
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 jar (32 oz.) pasta sauce
4 oz mushrooms, diced
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp salt
4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 375°F.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown meat; pour off fat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender.

3.  Stir in remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese. Simmer 10 minutes.

4.  Stir in cooked pasta. Turn into greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Bake 20 minutes.

5.  Top with cheese; bake 3 minutes longer.
