1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork sausage
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 each garlic clove, minced
28 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
6 oz tomato paste
1 cup tomato juice
2 each bay leaves
1 1/2 tsps salt
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
16 oz Creamette® Mostaccioli
4 Tbsps butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large saucepan, brown ground beef and sausage. Drain excess fat. Stir in onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender.

2.  Add tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato juice, bay leaves, salt, basil and red pepper. Cover; cook 45 minutes.

3.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss with melted butter.

4.  Arrange on pasta on warm platter; pour on meat sauce. Top with cheese.
