16 oz Creamette® Mostaccioli
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps butter
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 each green bell pepper, chopped
1 each garlic clove, minced
2 oz sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups pasta sauce
2 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  In large saucepan, heat oil and butter. Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic; cook until tender, but not brown.

3.  Add olives, parsley and sauce; simmer 10 minutes.

4.  Toss hot pasta and sauce; sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
