16 oz Creamette® Mostaccioli
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 350º F.

2.  In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in flour, salt and ground black pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat.

3.  Add 1 cup cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Stir in cooked pasta.

4.  Spoon half of pasta mixture into greased 2-quart baking dish; top with Swiss cheese, remaining pasta mixture and then remaining cheddar cheese.

5.  Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
