16 oz Creamette® Radiatore
1 lb cooked Italian sausage links, sliced
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 each garlic cloves, chopped
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
6 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 375º F.

2.  In large skillet, over medium heat, brown sausage; pour off fat. Add onion and garlic. Cook and stir until onion is tender.

3.  Stir in pasta sauce and ground black pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

4.  Remove from heat; stir in pasta and 1/2 cup cheese.

5.  Turn into greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
