28 oz tomato sauce
1 3/4 cups hot water
2 Tbsps taco seasoning mix
8 oz ground beef
12 oz Creamette® Oven Ready Elbows
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 oz lightly crushed tortilla chips

Cooking Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.Add tomato sauce,  taco seasoning,water and beef.

3. Stir until well blended. Pour uncooked pasta into dish and stir to coat evenly. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.

4. Remove from oven and stir thoroughly. Top with cheese and chips.

5. Return dish to oven and bake uncovered 15 more minutes.

6. Remove from oven and let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
