Ingredients:

1 pkg (8.8 oz) Creamette®® Homestyle Penne
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps all purpose flour
2 cups milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 Tbsps parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh rosemary, stemmed and chopped
1/2 tsp thyme leaves
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat.  Add flour and stir until incorporated into butter.  Continue to cook and stir for 1 minute.  Do not brown. 

3.  Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth.  Stir in parsley, rosemary and thyme.  Simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce begins to thicken, about 3 minutes. 

4.  Add Parmesan, lemon juice and zest.  Add cooked pasta and spinach.  Cook and stir until spinach wilts and all ingredients are well coated.
