8 oz Creamette® Rotelle
2 lbs ground turkey
1 cup onion, chopped
2 each garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) Cajun-style stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
3 Tbsps chili powder
1 Tbsp ground cumin powder
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, over medium heat, cook and stir turkey, onion and garlic in oil until meat is no longer pink.

3.  Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, sugar and salt; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered for 45 minutes.

4.  Stir pasta into chili; heat through and serve.
